What does ICEYE do?
ICEYE operates the world’s largest SAR satellite constellation, delivering near real‑time Earth Observation data for defense, insurance, and other critical sectors.
Do I need a space background?
Not always; some roles require space/aerospace experience, but many (e.g. software, data, product, business) do not, as long as you bring strong core skills and willingness to learn.
Where are you located and do you support hybrid/remote work?
Our HQ is in Finland with offices across Europe, the UK, US, Australia, Japan, UAE and Greece; many roles are hybrid, and some are remote within specific countries or time zones.

What should my application include?

Typically: recruiter call, interviews with the hiring manager and team, a technical or case task for relevant roles, and a final culture/values discussion.
Are interviews remote or on‑site?
Early stages are usually via video; later stages may be on‑site depending on role and location.

For technical roles, yes—usually a focused, role‑relevant task or case study.

What are the working hours and flexibility?
Standard local office hours with flexibility where the role allows; some mission‑critical roles include shifts or on‑call rotations.
