ASKING QUESTIONS
The only bad question is the one that has not been asked. No-one should be frowned upon because they don’t know something. The only way to learn is to ask questions.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
People learn throughout their entire life. Everyone at ICEYE is strongly encouraged to learn as much as they can. Ordering books, reading books, and recommending books (and other media formats for learning) are all for our shared benefit.

LIMIT BUREAUCRACY
Everyone at ICEYE wants to avoid unnecessary bureaucracy as much as possible. It limits creativity, thus it kills development. Efficiency matters.

PROACTIVE COMMUNICATIONS
Everyone at ICEYE expect high proactiveness from each other. Planning and organizing impactful meetings with relevant people increases effectiveness, if you need to see someone, set up a time. Meetings without a clear plan for an outcome are unnecessary.

TAKING RESPONSIBILITY
The success of ICEYE is the responsibility of each of us. We might have different tasks as we can’t be all doing the same things, but one needs to always look at the big picture. One cannot perform tasks properly unless the big picture is understood.
