In accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, this statement outlines steps that ICEYE has taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within its operations and supply chains for the financial year ending on December 31, 2025. This statement applies to ICEYE Oy and its controlled subsidiaries, including ICEYE Information Services UK Ltd.
Owning the world's largest synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite constellation, ICEYE provides objective, near real-time insights, ensuring that customers have unmatched access to actionable data, day or night, even in challenging environmental conditions. As a trusted partner to governments and commercial industries, ICEYE delivers intelligence in sectors such as defense and intelligence, insurance, natural catastrophe response and recovery, security, maritime monitoring, and finance, enabling decision-making that contributes to community resilience and sustainable development.
The parent company of the ICEYE Group, ICEYE Oy, is headquartered in Finland, and operates internationally with a total workforce of over 1 000 people, and subsidiaries in Poland, Spain, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, Greece, and the United States. The subsidiary based in the United Kingdom employs 40 people and focuses on sales activities and sales operations management.
ICEYE has a global value chain, extending from the sourcing of goods and services from suppliers to delivering satellite missions and data-based services and solutions to customers around the world. The majority of the company’s direct suppliers are located in Europe and the United States.
ICEYE is committed to respecting internationally recognized human and labor rights, including the International Bill of Human Rights and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the International Labour Organization’s Labor Standards. We take action to continuously develop our operations in alignment with these standards and to identify and address potential adverse impacts on people that are associated with our business activities.
We explicitly prohibit any form of modern slavery in our operations and supplier relationships, including child labor, forced labor and human trafficking. We expect our business partners to commit to international human rights and labor standards in their operations and chain of activities, and prohibit the use of ICEYE’s products and solutions in ways that may violate human rights.
ICEYE’s Code of Conduct defines the framework for ethical behavior and business conduct for employees and business partners. It promotes high ethical standards throughout our operations and value chain, including human rights and prevention of modern slavery.
ICEYE’s Human Rights and Human Resources Policies outline our dedication to human and labor rights and responsible employment practices. We are committed to complying with all applicable labor laws and regulations, and providing our employees with adequate compensation, reasonable working hours, safe and healthy working conditions, and freedom of expression and association. We protect the privacy and personal information of our employees, and do not tolerate any discrimination, harassment or violence at the workplace.
ICEYE’s Supplier Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for suppliers regarding ethical business conduct and respect for human and labor rights, including an explicit prohibition of child labor, forced labor and slavery. We expect all our suppliers to commit to the principles of the Supplier Code of Conduct.
We conduct due diligence to identify, assess and mitigate adverse impacts on human rights, including potential cases of modern slavery, in our operations and supply chain, and constantly develop our due diligence and risk management processes to improve our processes and performance.
We conduct regular employee surveys and risk assessments in our operations, and use supplier evaluations with performance indicators to assess their compliance with our standards in the areas human rights and prevention of modern slavery.
We maintain effective grievance mechanisms for internal and external stakeholders to raise concerns about potential human rights violations. We are committed to investigating all grievances in a just and timely manner, protecting the whistleblowers against retaliation, and applying appropriate remedial actions with respect to any suspected violations.
We provide our employees with regular Code of Conduct training to raise awareness on ethical business conduct and to implement the prohibition of modern slavery in our operations and business relationships. The training is mandatory for all ICEYE employees.
We have established key performance indicators related to human rights and prevention of modern slavery. We track the progress of these indicators regularly, and disclose information on our performance in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In 2025, ICEYE had no legal proceedings or confirmed incidents related to human rights violations or modern slavery.
ICEYE takes responsibility for this Statement and the implementation of measures to prevent any form of modern slavery and human trafficking in its business activities. This statement has been approved by the ICEYE Board of Directors on May 21, 2026, and will be reviewed and published annually to reflect our progress in the prevention of modern slavery.
